The Nkuzi STEM initiative, founded by Rector Cares Foundation, focuses on empowering young girls (ages 15-20) in Nigeria through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The program offers coding boot camps, scholarships, and mentorship to bridge gender gaps in tech and support diversity. Launched at Federal Government Girls College, Lejja Enugu, Nkuzi STEM aligns with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and aims to cultivate a new generation of female innovators in STEM.
